12 uses for an iPad at an open house

I thought it would be nice to add some how to type posts  to the weenie.   We have so many writing for the real estate industry sometimes the perspective of someone who sells real estate can add almost as much value as someone who sells expert advice to people who sell real estate can. . . provide that is.
Insider tip:
Not all open houses are those action packed events that lead to the stock photo of the couple holding the house keys by the sold sign. In fact some times no one comes to the open house not even a nosy neighbor or young home buyers with their noses in the air.
I don’t do many open houses but I have to say since I got my iPad I get a lot more out of them than I used to.

    Hi T!

I would love to see a major post on your many and varied uses of the Ipad now that you have had one for a long time. You are probably the premier user of the pad, and your experiences would be enlightening for the rest of us.

    Keep your feet dry!

Careful what you ask for Jim I am working on a series of articles and I will deploy them on the first anniversary of the iPad in April.
