Lets not take ourselves too seriously. Home buyers do not give a hang about brokerages. Most don’t know what a brokerage is. If you want to interest a home buyer do it with a home that is for sale. Brands are important to real estate companies not home buyers.
Buyers have been known to ask to see a home just because they want to buy one without even noticing the name on the for-sale sign in front of the home.
