Why is it that I have not read about how Google+ is going to change the real estate industry or how agents are going to use it to sell more real estate? There are so many experts and gurus out there who know best. Usually when there is something new we at least get a tweet from @Tcar asking how it will be used by Realtors but this time there is nothing. It is entirely possible that Google+ is not just for Realtors but I am not ready to make that declaration and remain skeptical that it is for anyone.
The hype reminds me of the wave. Do you remember the wave? Do you remember how excited you were when you got your invite? The wave was going to change everything. Do you remember not really understanding it but giving a presentation at a bar camp? You probably do not remember which is why you are so excited about Google+
