Re-expert rating system

It has been some time since we launched a new product here on the weenie and this one is long over due.

Agents need a reliable rating system so they can be confident that they are hiring the best trainer, guru or expert.  There is no rating system and each wave of experts knows less and charges more than the last.  The real estate weenie is the perfect place for rating experts.  The agent community is demanding this and they insist that the system include a meter of some sort.  Experts need to learn to embrace this system because it is here to stay.

We can rate experts, gurus, trainers and the people who work for the companies that sell us stuff while masquerading as experts.   We can rate consultants, thought leaders and the faux geeks that only know how to press the buttons, or tap  screens without understanding why or when.  We all know that tapping and clicking and button pressing has to have an underlying strategy.   We could also rate the camp followers and wannabes but if we did that we wouldn’t have time to sell real estate now would we?

Part of the rating system will involve testimonials from agents that have implemented  expert teachings,  and can show that they have had at least five sales over a two year period because of something the expert taught them.   I think ten such testimonials should be enough. Experts will need to pay $500 dollars to register on the site.

Experts that do not register will lose business because of it.  This is not a threat it is a promise.  They will all be doomed to failure because I said so and they should lose business they are dinosaurs.  In fact any expert that says anything negative about any rating system that they are the subject of is a total loser and should be avoided at all costs.  Any rating  system is fair because it is.

I hope the rating system will get rid of some of the posers, and parrots not to mention the button pressers and touch screen tappers.  When they are all out of business I hope that the two remaining experts get more business than they can handle.
