Real estate agents sales skills improve nation wide

Yes it is true hundreds of thousands of real estate agents have seen their home selling skills improve this year and many have seen a big improvement this spring.  Home sales are way up from coast to coast and even here in flyover land because of how hard real estate agents are working and because of how good they have gotten at selling homes.  Not only are agents selling more homes but we are selling them faster and for more money.

I have a couple of theories as to why so many agents have gotten better at selling houses, but I think it is mainly because of the wonderful job so many of the coaches, trainers teachers and gurus have been doing and maybe because of Google+ and Facebook business pages.

Some of the credit should also go to the technology groups for real estate agents on Facebook and of course to social media.  My sales have been up and I think it is because I went into 2012 with a solid Pinterest strategy.

Anyway I would like to personally congratulate all of the agents out there who are doing even better this year than they did last year and who did better last year than they did in 2011. Way to go!

I would also like to congratulate all the companies, especially the technology companies who have web sites with real estate listings on them.  I understand that they are getting more visits than ever this spring.  It just has to be because of the stupendous job they do helping consumers, and I know that we can count on them to capture more agent dollars this year too.
