When people are new to real estate they have lots of new innovative ideas.The ideas are not new or innovative but the new agent or broker thought of them all by herself and that is why they are new.Often they are not new ideas just ideas that the new agent just discovered and believes are new.
In real estate we never want to ask someone with experience what has worked for them because that would not provide new ideas and new agents like new ideas best.
Innovation is a big deal in the industry and in most industries these days. Everyone wants to innovate but few people actually do. In the real estate industry most of the innovation in the industry has come in the form of lead capture systems which isn’t the same as selling real estate or better serving clients.
What is old is new again for those who are new in the real estate industry.
