There are thought leaders in every industry but only a few true thought leaders in the real estate industry. I’ll just say it isn’t about your boss giving you “thought leader” as part of your job duties and it is more than a title. You can not be a thought leader unless others choose to follow you. . . but if being a thought leader is part of your job and someone is paying you to do that job I think it is fair to ask for a raise.
