Want better photos?

People send me emails asking for advice on how to take better photographs. I usually don’t know what to say.  For one thing I have no idea what their photos look like. Maybe my advice would make them look worse or maybe all they need to do to get better photos is make sure their finger isn’t in front of the lens.  I know my pictures are better when my fingers are not in them. . . I suppose I could get a second opinion on that from an expert . . . nah

I want to help, really I do.

  1. I think after the ‘no fingers’ advice comes the ‘make sure there is at least enough light so you can see more than gray blobs and shadows’ advice.
