Has anyone noticed that we don’t go to classes or conferences anymore but instead we have experiences? We don’t look at web sites or read blogs we have a user experience. We don’t go out to eat a burger and have a beer we go out and have dining experiences.
We don’t sell real estate anymore but we give our clients experiences that are about brands. Maybe the brands are about creating the same experience for all of our clients while reminding them that each office is independently owned and operated. We also represent the Realtor® brand which for some of us is quite an experience.
I wish my buyer clients would settle for having an experience. It is easier to find an experience for them right now than it is to find a house.
