Disruption fatigue part 2

I wrote about disruption fatigue  and have since found something new to add to my list of tactics that are not industry changing or disruptive.

A traditional brokerage or national franchise type company with offices that look like a movie theater, a race track, a coffee shop, a resort or are just different or funny looking is just another gimmick in the big old world where real estate companies are all the same but have new looks.

The idea of having an office at all isn’t a new concept or a game changer. It is hard to get clients to come to offices and it is sometimes hard to get agents to leave them so they can go out and make some money.
