I just renewed “realestateweenie.com”. As I look at my hot dog stand disguised as a blog of mass destruction . . . or maybe it is the other way around? I realize I am missing an opportunity. This site could become the home of drama free real estate news.
We could focus on the hundreds of thousands of real estate agents who are too busy working with clients to care about the issues that have become real estate news for those who write the news.
We could report on the news without trying to become part of it and write fewer stories about the real estate royalty and more about the people who make up most of the industry.
It could all work except no one would read it.
