Real estate agents, even if they are Realtors® can make a grown man cry. I have a client who called me a few evenings ago just so he could yell and swear and rant and rave about the people he calls stupid Realtors.
It seems that they make appointments to see his home but they seldom show up on time and to make matters worse they can not figure out how to get inside because they don’t read the detailed instructions I provide with the approval for each showing.
There isn’t anything to protect the general public from the special kind of stupid we sometimes see. I can not really make a blanket apology for all of my kind but I can listen to the rants of a stressed out homeowner and write about it on the weenie. If I could fix stupid I would.
