Things change and sometimes it is hard to keep up with it all. Last year guru’s were all the rage. This year no one admits to being a guru or wants to take advice from anyone that claims to be a guru.
Not everything has changed though. There are still a grip of people out there giving advice to those of us who sell real estate. The real estate experts are starting to outnumber the practitioners, but that is what happens in an economy of high unemployment.
I suspect that the reason no one wants to be a guru in the real estate space is because the housing market is still contracting . . and it is possible that it happened because too many agents took the advice of the gurus.
Please help me find a new word to replace guru.
