Craft beer for real estate

Craft Beer

Craft Beer

I have never really liked beer but most people do and I have to say that I don’t understand why there are so many Facebook groups for real estate pros but no one has thought to start a “Craft beer for real estate ” group.

Real estate is a people and relationship type business and drinking beer is a huge part of being a people and building relationships but for me it is just another reason for not being a people person.

Since the way real estate pros drink beer is different than the way anyone else drinks beer because of special needs and all that there needs to be a special group, just like there are special groups for various hardware and softwares that other folks use without help from real estate professionals.

Do I need to start a craft beer group? Now that my husband explained to me what craft beer is I am qualified to start a group and give advice to my peers.

I’m enjoying reading this article with a very cold Racer 5 India Pale Ale.

This hoppy American IPA is a full bodied beer brewed with American pale and crystal malts, and heavily hopped with Chinook, Cascade, Columbus and Centennial which compliment and contrast the dark undertones of your prose. It’s certainly not for the light of heart. This is a beer that demands commitment.

I’m going to pair it with a Bacon Cheeseburger with layers of smokey aged cheddar and a hint of bbq sauce. The piney IPA will naturally cut thru the cheese thereby cleansing the palette leaving me fresh and ready for the next round.

Forget about baking cookies for an open house. The pairing of these two would surely sell a large ranch style home. I’ve researched and documented 137 other combinations, each guaranteed to close specific deals.

A client of mine had an issue with an REO closing on time. We brought in a belgian ale. The aroma told the story of typical quad nuances. Milk chocolate, burnt fig, sweet date, and a hint of fresh tobacco and paired it with a box of double stuff mint oreos and BAM!
    The deal closed on time!

I’d love to help everyone and share the secrets I’ve learned. My only problem, as you have found out, is that there isn’t yet a Group in which I can sell my free webinars and ebook.

137 combinations, Mike? I am almost thinking you have enough for a year’s worth of coaching sessions. Forget the free ebook.

Obviously some crafty Realtor wrote this! Niche, Niche, Niche is marketing’s Location, Location, Location. The heart and soul will remember real world connections much longer than cyber ones – another IPA if you please – and someone take Mike’s motorcycle keys away from him if he has more than two!
