Nothing excites real estate agents like making a top 100 or any other number list. It doesn’t matter what the list is if it includes the words “top” and “real estate” agents love it. Real estate agents love to be rated and scored. Being a successful real estate agent is all about Klout scores and being number 1. Nothing like a good score or rating to take the sting out of not getting the listing or losing the buyer to the agent down the street. Ratings don’t pay the bills but neither does rejection or feeling like a loser.
To all of you who have been rated and to those who aspire to be in the top 100, 99, 1o or have a Klout score of more than 80 keep chasing the dream. In the end we are all only as good as our lowest rating.
To all of you who read this blog of mass destruction cleverly disguised as a hot dog stand give yourself a top 50 rating and please enjoy a high klout score and know that your linked-in profile is in the top 1% of all linked-in profiles that I view.
