Lets not be stupid. OK maybe I should reword that and just say there is no one phone that is best for real estate and I don’t give a hang what any expert or guru says.
Please choose a smart phone and base your decision on how you use your phone. Choose the best service provider in your area and a plan that works for you. If you are over 16 years of age you should not have to run out and buy a phone just because the cool kids or your besties have one. I know that sounds harsh but as we grow up and become more secure in who we are we can make choices based on what is best for us instead of focusing on what the other kids have.
Everyone has an opinion on which smart phone is the best. Consider the fact that most of the people who are advising real estate agents on which phone to buy do not have any credentials that would give them any more credibility than you next door neighbor or the kid down the street or anyone else who gives advice about smart phones. They don’t know a whole lot about phones and they don’t know anything about real estate and most importantly they don’t know how you personally use your phone or which features are the most useful and helpful to you.
I hate to point this out but smart phones are not just for Realtors and no matter what industry gurus say most people never need to take a class to learn to use a smartphone. The very best phone may be the phone that rings even though we all know that real agents do not answer the phone.
