I am in the process of making my new years resolutions. I do that each year and once they are made I forget about them and move on, just like everyone else does.
In looking over the weenie I can see . . . well not enough weenies. It seems like 2008 was the year of the weenie in real estate and I should have been able to write 4 or 5 posts each day. I guess I was too busy with other things.
2009 will be different. Different from what? I have no idea. I guess that is my resolution for 2009.
Now run along and read something interesting and have a very happy 2009!
