Wednesday's on the weenie

Wow writing on the weenie two days in a row, that has to be some kind of a record and I am thinking both of my readers will be impressed. I would name them but I don't want to embarrass anyone . . oh what the heck. Hi dad!

I have decided to have weenie Wednesday and write on this hot dog stand every Wednesday.  I have provided that type of service for other blogs for years and  it is  time that I started taking the weenie as seriously.    I chose the weenie because  I have the freedom to write anything I want and those who take themselves too seriously don't have to read it and they can't delete any of it either.  I can't be thrown off of this blog or locked out no matter what I write and I suspect that both of my readers will stop by, and read it.

I used to have a Wednesday gig but it didn't work out.  Mostly because it didn't work out. What can I say, I wrote for free and I think that was my mistake I was charging too much.  I am not a writer I am more of a non writer who writes. That is an important distinction. Probably more important to writers than it is to me or my readers. I am not a deep thinker and I don't think correctly which is a good thing because it is unlikely that I will ever write a 5,600 word blog post which is also a good thing because no one would read it. I need some place to be on Wednesday. I would feel sad and all alone right now but to be honest I really don't have any feelings and I am too anti social to really care if I am alone . . which again is a good thing because Wednesdays can be very lonely.

So with all that said you can see where I am going with this Wednesday thing.

Have a great day dad. See you on the net. Maybe later I will go down to the hot dog stand in the park and ask George for ideas on what to write about next Wednesday. He has kept his hot dog stand going for many years.  It will be hard to top this post but I can try.

  1. Just wanted you to know that I’m reading. See you next Wednesday…

  2. LMAO. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA HAAAA

T, this is quite possibly the greatest Weenie post ever written. Love LOVE LOVE it. You made my day. Secretly, I imagine, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday girl’s are enjoying this as well.

  3. Thank you for not thinking too deeply. I really appreciate that.
Isn’t it strange that Ricardo signed of with Director John Carpenter’s Film signature line (See you next Wednesday) and then Todd Carpenter commented?

    I feel at home here.

Thanks for the comments. Wednesday was lonely for me which is OK because I don’t have any feelings but now that you all stopped by I am able to stop sobbing for the first time in two days. Thanks.

I thought I asked you to stop calling me “dad” in public –

Enjoyed not reading your non-writing as always- Look forward to your future posts…

Monday’s child is fair of face, Tuesday’s child is full of grace, Wednesday’s child is full of woe…

Bill – I mentioned that I have two readers and one of them is my dad. I didn’t want to embarrass you by calling you Bill. πŸ™‚ Think I was born on a Tuesday . .. imagine that!

Very funny! I am a realtor in Marin County and just started blogging, so I am checking out blog sites. I came upon your blog from Todd Carpenter’s twitter comment. Thanks Todd.

  8. Well, I was missing my Wednesday fix from T, so I’m glad I found it here. I went back to comment on another Wednesday post of yours a few weeks ago, and it was mysteriously missing, but I fully agreed it with it – not that anyone cares what I think πŸ™‚ and I would like to keep it that way.

  9. teresa boardman says:

Thanks for taking the time to find me. Judy this isn’t my real blog, this one is just for fun. πŸ™‚ probably not the best example for a Realtor.

  10. I can think of far worse examples, T. Even Tobey was impressed, even if he writes better than Daisy.
