I publish this photo as proof that a person with a real estate license can take a photograph in a room that has a mirror in it, and use a flash without mucking it up. I took the photo because I can. I would be happy to share my EXIF data as proof that the flash fired should anyone want to examine it.
Mucking it up is a technical turn for huge flare of light in the mirror.
