Just a few years ago Snapchat was for people like my teenaged niece who just loves to take selfies, now Snapchat is just for real estate. If you are not using Snapchat you won’t be selling much real estate in 2016.
Those short little snap chatty things are a great way to market yourself and your real estate. Teenagers will need to move onto the next big thing unless they want to be marketed to.
If you are a Realtor make sure your Snapchats display your brokerage name and real estate license number prominently. . . . you never know who might be following.
