Every time I read an article about how real estate agents need to articulate their value in order to survive post proposed settlement, I know that the author does not have a clue what it has been like to be a real estate agent.
Real estate agents have to prove their worth every day and those who can not “articulate their value” went out of business a long time ago.
With more agents than ever and fewer home sales the competition is fierce. It is far easier to sell a house than it is to sign a new client.
Buyer’s agents have been proving their value for decades in an era where many believe that finding a house for sale on the internet is all that it takes to become a homeowner.
So listen up. You can all take your stupid advice and apply it to your own business because if there are fewer real estate agents due attrition there are a whole lot of people who are going to be making less money or no money at all.
All who live off funds from real estate agents, brokers and real estate companies had best get busy articulating their value. Vendors will need to provide value immediately. Real estate agents know how to articulate their value. Learn from them instead of preaching to them.
